yes she could be pregnant.if someone is trying for a baby then the day before you are about to have your period (just as the egg is about to be released into the womb) is the best day to try and get pregnant. so really she couldnt have picked a better/worse day (depending on wether she want to be pregnant or not). if she has missed a period then there is a very high chance, getting a test will prove for certain tough, but yes it is possible that she could be pregnant. hope i helped :) x
