I'm a left handed pitcher, and I weigh around 102. Im 14, and im sorta ov skinny. When i pitch I normally drop my elbow, and i dont throw 60, or it gets thrown too high. Do i need to gain some weight or is there a way to prevent this from happening? Ive been having a problem with this for a few weeks. If u have any extra advice i would highly appreciate it! also if u have any good workout routines for me please give me some good ideas.
