it's just another budget.. you expect to lose money on gas to get to a party in your car right? so get your mass up to a level you would be "ok" with sacrificing 2-4lbs of when you cut. also, while cutting, do interval cardio not prolonged distance cardio. this spares mass better. and eat 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight per day(i dont know the metric formula for this).
