My tancet 2011 score is 41.9 M.E. i am OC stdnt n non local (AP). can i get admision in PSG?

or anna university for specialisation in ENGINEERING DESIGN. i am place in AMW.. automobile company, they are asking me to join by next week .. but d counselling takes two more weeks...! wot to do???
