Would you chase her...or let the situation be as it is...or what else. please help?

she's flirting but doesn't want to be overly obvious because she doesn't know if you're interested or not. I did the same thing with my husband at the end of my last relationship that i knew was going to end. It works! I think you're taking too long to ask her though and she's starting to feel like you're not interested, I would at least hint to her that you're wanting a relationship.
