Someone please try to understand...?

On april 3 I had my normal 4 day light-med bleeding...i had sex around the time I OV (april 17 I think)...then on april 28 I had a 3 hour light spotting at first I was throwin up and juz felt kinda sick for mayb 30 mins with spotting...i was suppose.d to get my period on may 3 (always on time)...it never came...then 2 weeks after missed period I wnt to the doc who confirmed a 6 week pregnancy...strong heartbeat 174bpm...i was over joy.d...pg symptoms wer super nose...sore boobs...cervix high soft and closed and no appitite....so I start.d spotting pink on may 22...i was throw.n up...hot...sweat.n with chills...that spotting turn into light bleeding nvr filling a pad in one hour . Only a panty liner in abt 3 hours...i had a few cramps and some clots not alot mayb 2 medium and a 2 small ones...but ok finally hea is my question...since tht second episode of light bleeding only last 4 days could it have been a m/c? I check.d my cervix right after the bleeding and it still felt pg (soft high and closed) and I have stronger pg symptoms...my doc is b.n a *** and im outta town and they dont take my insurance here..any ideas? 10 point give away and also more..jus help me...me and my fiance love our little baby...thanxx...
