3 months of trying.. dont want to be disappointed anymore :(?

ok so basically me and my bf are TTC and every month it fails. we make sure we BD around expected ov and that but nothing happens. Its so disappointing having a period every month :( Losing hope now. Atm im having cramps and bloatedness and mood swings along with food cravings byt then agen this is typical PMT so :( ? We BD'd on cycle day 14 and 15 and currently im on day 19. Crampng in left side, having pain in uterus and on my sides, pretty swollen and bloated. I sometimes wonder cause sperm comes out of me after sex is that why we cant conceive? or am i infertile? my cycles last 28 days. any ideas? been trying 3 months now.
