Is this good natural makeup for a 9th grader?

Well make sure the concealer really blends in and matches your skin tone or it will look really weird. Also I find it a bit much to put on blush if you don't use powder or foundation. The tinted moisturizer will wipe off very easily so you don't really need much color. If anything use a powdered blush that isn't a light pink color and just dab it on. Also yes I think eyeliner on the bottom is overdoing it. A very thin line on the top is okay but the bottom is a bit much. I never line my bottom line ever and I'm 21. Personally I think it just looks too harsh and fake on people.
