TTc 3rd month on clomid, had thick sticky clear discharge come out on day 22 does this mean im ovulateing?

My Husband have been TTc for over a yr. This is my 3rd month on clomid 100mg Its day 23 and yesterday I had so much thick sticky clear discharge that a ball of it was on the side of my thigh, i took the rest of the Tp and I could stretch it from thumb to finger, it looked like the ky they use when u have a ultrasound. Could this mean Im ovulating so late I take the clomid days 5-9 or is this a sign of pregnancy? please any answers will help soo much. I has blood work done on fri day 21, so if this means that I am OV would my blood work be low on the progest, bc I had this the next day?
