What makeup is appropriate?

I'm 13,going into seventh grade(I did not get held back I started pre k at 5)Anyway what makeup is okay for me to wear?I dont want to look slutty..My face is like different colors(like parts are tanned others are pale)-What would you recommend?-My eyes are uneven and I have a lazy eye-how can I make that less noticeable-If it helps,I have high cheekbones,brown eyes,beautiful lips(idk an adult told me this)and red hair.Please help!Thanks (:
