Biomedical Engineering?

I'm obtaining a B.S. in Biotechnology and a B.S. in Psychology. I want to go to Medical School eventually, however my grades aren't quite there yet. I would like to get my masters in something first before applying to Medical School. Would I be able to apply to a Masters in Biomedical Engineering program considering my two bachelor degrees?
