Hairdresser messed up my hair ?

i had to get an "emergency hair cut " from a barber. who really messed up the layers in my hair, there all uneven and over lap etc . really annoying. when i go back to my normal ( good ) hairdresser will she be able to see when she is cutting it where the last hairdresser went wrong and correct it all by putting the nice even layers back in etc ? or will she not realize it and i'll have to tell her ?
