I need to get my normal skin color back!!?

How can I get my regular skin color back? My skin color is completely uneven because of the lack of sunblock. I want to go back to my normal skin color that way when I go back to the beach I can get a tan that I will actually appreciate. Plz no skin bleach lotion type things. I'm more of a natural kind of girl. Please help.
