Why does everyone hate me on the team?

Ok so we had like are first practice today for volleyball and it is my first time practicing with varsity i was a freshman and i am going to be a sophmore, i was on jv last year. So during practice i talked to a few people on the team. I also talked to the two other girls on my team. We came to play a game where you had to pick people but since there was an uneven number one person was left out. I was the left out person two times in a row. Then like know one like says good job to me and like even pays attention to me. I feel like no one wants me there and i shouldnt be there. i dont know what to do. We have a scrimmage wednesday. I am scared because i will be clueless on the court....
