Please tell my why she is acting this way?

O it sounds to me that she does like you. It seems like she is trying to give you signals. It also seems like she is getting annoyed that u r not acting on the signals she is giving you. Alot of girls are too scared to ask. It sounds like she is afraid of rejection. If u r interested in her,ask her out if she says no then you know she was just being friendly. However I know how women r and I can see she is going out of her way to get your attention.
