Hi pls help me ..i am a desirable learner... completed my 12 th well ....but now?

hi ppl i have complted my 12 th from icse syllabus now i am planning to take computer engineering(IT)....but the problem is i have to work simultaneously in "Dubai" to earn a living beacuse my father expired in a car accident just a month back...the insurance though shouldnt cover my education...in this world a bachelor's degree is must ...so can tell me "any" universities u know that offer distance learning correspondents in IT ..any western university that offers education online or any such fitted
