Sounds like she is teasing trying to get to know you better. So right now it sounds like friendship. Well if she has a BF he might have said something to her about you who knows. Hang in there don't give up on it. You have to play it as cool as your heart will let you. You might follow her just a tad hang out where she does some, do this for about 3 weeks. Then just stop she may come and find you. If you have a class with her, ask another girl something and just peek over at her to see if she is watching you. Really there could be just a tad something there now. But you don't want to play head games. She might know or she could be unaware that anything is going on with you. You could tell her she looks really nice today. Do that once in a while even though you think that all the time. That should make her feel good. The picking and almost flirting, is a good way to see if you two are going to get along. But the Ice is already broken so you don't have to worry about that. Ok so also she has made her play on you now it's time to step up to the bat. The only way you are going to know is to keep trying. Have you winked at her? Open doors for her? Some where before the end of the school year, tell her that you think she is great, and that you really like her. No matter what her response is you need to get it off your chest. Don't be afraid of how she responds to this. Don't worry about rejection because if nothing else then you were up front about yourself. There is a saying be true to yourself then everything will follow. You don't have to say your in love with her, but just really Like her. She could understand that and most likely you would gain her respect. That takes guts to tell someone how you feel.
