Makeup Technique For Freckles?

Unlike some people I know, I am very proud of my freckles and really like them to be seen. My problem is, my skin-tone is quite uneven and I have problem areas, so I will always have foundation and concealer on. My freckles are very light and it usually looks like I am trying to cover them up (people then tend to comment on this). Anyone have a technique to make them stand out more?
