Transferring buildings on maps for minecraft?

Hello, i am currently hosting a minecraft map and it got messed with. Some jerks from my old serer came on, a person oped them, and turned all to lava. Luckily I had a saved file. Still all water and land is a little uneven and horible looking so how can i trasnfer my spawn over? I hae world edit and will have to reset map then paste the stuff but how? Yours answers will be read right away.
